Hold handle firmly during all exercises!

Upper Body Exercises

  • Bicep Curls
  • Forearm Stretch (Alternative Arms) – Rapid light cardio effect.
  • Arm Extensions
  • Upper Arm Extensions
  • Arm Stretch – Release extension tube from handle and stretch arms out wide below head height.
  • Abs and Light Cardio – Using both handles, cross over chest, pull forward, twisting torso on one side and repeat on the other.

Lower Body Exercises

  • Knee March (Attach strap for this exercise) – Place strap over knees and raise each knee, one at a time in a marching way.
  • Hip Extension (Attach strap for this exercise) – Stand facing the chair and extend one leg back and repeat for other leg.
  • Hip Abduction (Attach strap for this exercise) – Stand facing across the chair and extend one leg to the side and repeat for other leg.
  • Leg Extensions (Attach strap for this exercise) – Slide strap down to shins and extend one leg at a time.
    Do not use if skin on front of leg is delicate or ulcerated.
  • Sitting Cross Trainer – Light Cardio (Attach strap and use the additional tubing for this exercise) – Remove tubing on handle. Attach strap and slide down to lower leg. To use, extend and lifting leg a little sideways, to stabilise band, with same action as a cross trainer. Repeat on other side.
    Keep hand nearest the body below head height at chest level.
    Do not use if skin on front of leg is delicate or ulcerated. 

For a lighter resistance experience, leave handles dangling by an extra length of tubing.

For a heavier experience, increase repetitions.

Do not use on fine or antique chairs. Do not lift handles above chest height.
